AIR JORDAN 1 RETRO LOW OG 'HOWARD UNIVERSITY'

The Air Jordan 1 Low OG 'Howard University' is makes its public debut, marking a historic collaboration between Jordan Brand and a Historically Black College and University (HBCU).

Originally released to the Howard Bison basketball team in 2023, this public launch represents a significant milestone for Jordan Brand as it introduces the first HBCU shoe available in retail stores.

Founded on March 2, 1867, Howard University is known for its distinguished alumni, including Chadwick Boseman, Elijah Cummings, and Taraji P. Henson. In 2020, Jordan Brand established a 20-year partnership with Howard, with Michael Jordan committing $100 million towards racial equality and social justice over the next decade.

The highly anticipated Air Jordan 1 Low will feature a distinctive color scheme without any branding. The design reflects the school's colors, incorporating White, Gym Red, Midnight Navy, Neutral Grey, Sail, and Muslin. Made entirely of leather, the sneakers will have a White base with Navy and Red accents, finished with a Sail midsole and a Navy rubber outsole.
